ACE H Kids Organization

It seems to me that there are a lot of ways that we can start off in this new place we are creating at work. We have a new office, and I really want to make sure that we start out on the right foot so that we have good things in place. It is easier to start the right way than to correct things later. So, we have been doing a management team building. I know it will make sense for me once we get going to have it all in the same place. It just seems like we need to start it now.
