Automated E-mails: Scheduling Software
A popular feature in the scheduling software is the ability to send out e-mails for a variety of events and occurrences. Both the customer and the organization will receive these e-mails that are generated automatically by the scheduling software. Some events that would generate an email are when a customer registers, makes an appointment, purchases a gift certificate, cancels an appointment, changing an appointment for a customer, a certain number of days prior to an appointment, or when a customer is on a waiting list. In addition, custom texts can be created for these e-mails in order to control when and if the system sends them.
