Bigger is Not Always Better
I work in a small family owned pharmacy in a large metropolitan community. There are larger pharmacies in the area that I could work, but I just love the atmosphere and friendliness that I feel working at a small store. The owner really surprised the me when they decided to install new laboratory furniture. It was workable like it was, but it is much more workable now. It really brightens up the place and makes it an even more enjoyable place to work. It is just one way the owners are making sure that we stay compatible with the competition.
