There is something to be said for using all the tools available when protecting your assets.  This includes using Business Continuity Solutions for your business.  I learned a hard lesson when I did not use these tools.  When we lost everything in a fire, we did not have anything backed up to access.  We lost much of what we could have recovered in an insurance claim because we did not have proof of what we lost.  The insurance company only paid what they thought should be in there at that time, not what we actually did have but without inventory and sales records, we could not fight them.
