Can I Afford to Hire a CFO?
I think sometimes as a mid-market company you think you can’t afford a CFO. It seems like it would be too pricey and not cost effective. But maybe that’s backwards thinking. Maybe not having a CFO is too price and not cost effective. Maybe if you had a CFO even a part time one then you could increase your profitability as a company. Maybe a CFO is just the thing you’re in need of and it’s exactly what you can’t not afford to do. Maybe looking into a CFO is a good idea and will help you in the long run. I guess you can always fire him if it doesn’t pay out!
