Customer Care At All Hours

Hi guys, I am a marketing manager in New Orleans. I have to travel many place to meet my client. Long back I was traveling to some place in by train and suddenly I received a message which informed me, my credit was above limit and my outgoing and incoming  calls were blocked, this message I got this message in the middle of night and I had to make some urgent calls. After that I made a call to the toll free number of customer care of my service provider. I explained the whole matter and requested  them to activate my line as I was traveling and had no alternate way to call, he understood my problem and within one hour he activated my line, this is an example of how well my service providers understood a customer’s problem and till now I didn’t need to change my service provider.
