Do Not Know the Product
How do I effectively sell to a company that I really do not know anything about? I have studied the companies web page, I know all about their financial needs and I even know when the last time they hired and what they were looking for. What I do not know about is their product. I am not technologically inclined and I have read a sales blog or two from companies claiming to do a lot of sales to IT professionals. I am still a little confused and intimidated to try to sell my product to a customer that I can not figure out their business.
