How big a loan can I get?
I am really interested in buying a house for my family, but I am not sure how much I can spend. I don’t want to start looking until I know how big a home loan I can get, otherwise we might get our hearts set on having a house that was too expensive for us to be able to afford. A friend said that FNB home loans were pretty good, so I was thinking about getting in touch with them to see how big a loan I could get. Does anyone know more about this lender? I would love to hear about other people’s experiences with them.
