As a business owners, I want to make sure that my office is kept at its best, plus I want to know the cleaning crew I have hired to clean it is doing their job. I am sure the crew probably thinks I am a little anal and annoying, but I am always pointing out things that could have been done differently or better. So when I found out they were posting cleaning managers jobs, I asked if I could please be part of the hiring process. Since I am in upper management, I know what qualities to look for in certain situations. Although they did not want me to, they caved in and we were able to hire a wonderful cleaning manager, and we all agreed on him.
