Mortagage Loan: Basic Requirements
Being in the new home construction business for as long as I have, over 17 years. I’ve seen many changes come to the industry; most of which have been design and style changes.
One thing that hasn’t changed however is the fact that people still need a mortgage loan in order to buy a new home.
Qualifying for such a loan is not that difficult as long as you meet a few requirements: Such as a stable work history, a current and reliable income, and a mid, to high-level credit rating.
If you meet these basic requirements, you should be able to get your new home loan.
