The factoring that will help us during business growth
Three years ago my wife and I gave up our jobs down in Southern California and pooled our monetary resources and bought a motel near the city of Bend Oregon. They chose this part of the country because of the good economic base and we felt it was a very good area to raise our children. The motel has been doing very well since we bought it; however we wanted to add some additional rooms. We managed to get a good commercial loan to achieve this and found a good factoring company that would help us with our immediate cash needs as we expanded.
