Yesterday I drove down to the pizza restaurant to pick up the pizza that I ordered over the Internet. These days I order my pizza over the Internet because it saves everyone a bunch of time and money. My son came with me because he wanted to be dropped off at his friends. While driving with me to the pizza restaurant my son asked me if I knew of any foreclosed homes for sale. He went on to explain that his friend’s dad is looking to buy a home this way and was willing to pay someone a finders fee if they help him.
