The need for health insuracne for the working person
Everyone needs to have insurance but not everyone can afford to have it. The Federal government takes care of the very young and the very old. There is also a california state health insurance plan to supplement the federal programs. Now what we need is another state program that will cover the working person that can not afford to pay the high premiums that are required to get insurance through work. If I were to pay my own insurance it would take about 25 per cent of all I make just to pay the premium. Basically I am healthy and do not need a lot of medical care so should not be paying a lot of premiums.
