It is amazing how many consumables are needed when running a business, and I am starting to realize just how expensive owning a business can be.  However, I am thinking about opening a fine bakery in my hometown, and little things that I never noticed before are starting to jump out at me.  For example, I hate when businesses will not accept credit cards so I know that I want to have a credit card machine at my bakery.  However, when buying till rolls, do I need to purchase separate ones for the cash register and card machine or do they take the same kind?  It is little things like this that could save me money in the long run.
