Nokia and I, a story of love and growing up together.
I have only ever 3 cell phones and they have all been Nokia. My first cell phone had no camera, no internet, and only had Tetris. I was young and only needed a cell phone for emergencies. Nokia help me do this. Then my service provider offered minute packages and various deals, and I could use my cell phone with personal calls. Then my service provider offered texting packages and various deals and suddenly I wasn’t making so many calls. So I needed a new phone. I got a Nokia that was easier to send text messages with. Within less than a year I went from being able only make calls to being able to take and send pictures, download ringtones, and access the web. I had this phone for years and I loved it. After a heartbreaking incident which ended with my phone in the snow and run over, I got a new phone. For this cell phone I went online to compare the different models. It is truly astonishing the different types of cell phones available. I chose a flip phone called the Mural; it is a silver flip phone that changes colours. Being a colourful person, I absolutely loved this. To me, this phone is beautiful. With this phone I am able to take and send both pictures and videos, download ringtones and games, instant message, ID a song on the radio, check my emails and respond to them, go onto to Facebook, access the web, and so much more that it’s impossible to list all the different things. Without a doubt I am more connected with my friends and family and people halfway across the globe now more than ever thanks to Nokia. When I need a new phone, or I tire of this one, I know that Nokia is continuously growing and that they are developing new phones that will fit my needs. Call it brand loyalty or whatever you want, but I absolutely love Nokia.
