My wife is beautiful. Having kids and getting older has not slower her down one bit. I can just stare at her and wonder how she manages to find time to be gorgeous with her busy schedule. Unfortunately, middle age has not been as kind to me. I have a paunch or middle-age spread, as some might call it. Of course I don’t eat right, and I can put away a fair amount of drink on the weekend. I guess it all adds up. The other day my wife asked, “Will you please lose your beer belly for me?” What could I say? I would do anything to please this wonderful woman.

I am trying to get my children involved in sports and I want to start teaching them about golf, so I signed them up for lessons.  I want them to look like they know what they are doing, so I went online and purchased some different jackets from the galvin green golf clothing line.  The jackets are very nice and I think they can be wore at any time because they are made for different types of weather.  I can’t wait to get them in the mail, and they should be here in the next few days, so I am going to be on the look out for them.

The best thing about athletic workouts is that they can be carried out anywhere if there is enough room and the desired equipment, you don’t always need expensive gym memberships to fancy gyms and health clubs.  A lot of people would rather work out in their own homes instead of dripping in sweat in front of people they don’t really know. Doing athletic workouts at home also saves you on fees and gasoline expenses. During a recession this can really help.  The two fat burning workouts for you to use at home are really simple and easy to execute - lunges walks and stair runs. 

Paintball is something that my friends and I just love. Indeed this is one activity that we get to really enjoy and love. It comes not as a surprise that we really get stuff which can help us perform better on the field. I was glad that I got my spyder paintball guns. Well, me and another friend are often the weak links and we end up not doing things right and eventually losing the games. When we got spyder paintball guns, we were able to perform better. Indeed, the spyder paintball guns are so great and nice to have.

My dad called me yesterday and wanted to invite me to the combat festival expo that was being held at mma caringbah sports ground later in the afternoon My dad knows I like karate and jiu jitsu and he thought it would be a great idea to get me along to such a important event for sports enthusiasts So we went to the event and I saw some excellent demonstrations of martial arts technique and protective equipment, and they even had a raffle were I won a new pair of boxing gloves signed by the local champion. The vent is on again next year and I think it will be even bigger and better.

I am at a fairly average rate, but I still love the popular weight loss reality show that is on network television. In fact, I never miss a show and watching the group of people bust their behinds and change their life has inspired me to be more active myself. I think I’ll start with a beginner running program and work up from there. I already have a pretty good diet, but I definitely need to get my butt off the couch a bit more. I tend to spend a lot of time at the computer for work and that really needs to change.

Besides the myriad of treadmill selections, you must be able to figure out what the heck all these names are for the features. Treadmill manufacturers have a tendency to build up up their mundane features with fancy names. They try to involve some unique design that makes their Reebok Treadmill special.

There is but one feature that cuts through all the hype and really reflects the superiority of the machine. It is the warranty. It can’t be covered with fancy trademark name. A warranty is what it is. A whimpy warranty implies a machine that is cheaply constructed and not design for continuous use. An extensive warranty in general reflects a machine that is durable and built for the “long run.”

Normally people dread the end of the summer because it means that the cooler weather is coming and it’s back to Autumn and then Winter.  Many sports fans however look forward to this time of year because it means that football season is upon us, and that is something they look forward to all year long.  The games and the rivalry of the fans, and all of the different match ups between teams are all things that they look forward to and enjoy taking part in during the season of play.  Once the season is over it’s back to the same old, same old and another several months of waiting for the Autumn to come back so it can start all over again!

I am not sure if they are quite as good as gas airsoft pistols (I am kind of partial to gas airsoft pistols, because they just rock) but they can be good. The real point is that you can get the electric pistols for a much cheaper price most of the time. I mean a JLS electric airsoft pistol can be gotten online for less than 20 bucks in many cases. And you will still have the ability to full or semi automatic fire with these types of pistols.

My son Danny has been taking karate lessons for three months.  His friend David has also been taking lessons with him.  David has some martial arts patches and now Danny wants to get some patches also.  The store where David bought the patches are out of them.  I told Danny that we could look on line and find him some patches.  I looked up martial arts supplies and found a site that has lots of different patches.  I let Danny choose which patches he wants and they are going to ship them us.  We should have them in about four days.

We are in the process of planning our first trip to London. For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to visit London. We have been researching the best places to stay while there. We looked at several anfield hotels before finding the perfect spot. The hotel we chose was perfect because it offered bed and breakfast accommodations and free parking. It is easily accessible to city centre and located within 1.5 miles of Goodsin park, Anfield Stadium, Stanley Park. These are all considered major attractions in the area and the main reason we chose this location.

My wife dropped by the office the other day, and she told me that she was going to pick something up for me for Christmas. Well, I had been telling her for the past month that I wanted to get a pair of powerful binoculars, so I hoped that she was going to get them.  I asked her if she was going to pick them up, and she told me that I shouldn’t ask questions about things that are meant to be a surprise.  I knew right then, since she was straying away from the question, that she was on her way to get them.

If you are an avid snowboarder it is very important to have the right gear before heading up to the mountains. It is very important to have a great winter parka that will keep you warm, as well as having the the proper snowboarding beanie and gloves to keep your hands warm.  The most important thing to buy though is snowboard boots.  If you do not have proper fitting boots than you will have a miserable time on the mountain. You will not be able to get on your board and spend hours traveling down the mountain with your friends.  Invest in a great pair of boots and have the time of your life.
