I am a business owner and I have decided to let some of the people in my call center work from home. A lot has been considered in doing so and if this works out I hope to employ my whole call center from home. This will save me a lot of money in several ways. Yesterday I found a very good Avaya Phone System Review, so good that I think that this is the system that I want to use for my work at home agents. After we get the kinks out I will then switch the in house system over as well.
