Abdominal Exercise That Helps Make You Strong

I have been going to the gym for a number of years and although I have seen exercises come and go, one of the best exercises that I have ever seen will never go away. It is the bicycle crunch, one of the most effective types of abdominal exercise that you can possibly do. When done with proper form, it will keep the core engaged the entire time that you are doing the exercise and it will make a huge difference in how strong your core muscles are. Remember, whenever your core is strong, the rest of your body will be strong right along with it.
