Being thin is not being strong

Wanting to be healthy and be strong means more than just being thin. While it great to be in a good weight it is not good if you are not strong enough to carry in the groceries or walk a large dog. Getting strong and building muscle is important to women, we need to be strong. We are the support for our parents, husband and children, of course we need to be strong. I recently read an article about no nonsense muscle building so that I could get more toned and gain some strength that I lacked before. I decided to try it out.
