If You Can Understand Insomnia Causes Then You May Get Some Sleep

If you haven’t slept properly in days you are not likely to be your normal lively self. Lack of sleep makes us feel slower and more lethargic but doesn’t necessarily make us feel sleepy though we may yawn a lot more than usual.

Nobody really seems to know or understand insomnia causes but there is a lot of general advice available which can help you to relax and relax is the key word here.

If you are bored you are likely to nod off even if you are not tired. The reverse is that if you are buzzing with enthusiasm for something you do not want to sleep and there lies a clue to sleeping.

Avoid excitement and try to avoid thinking about important issues when you want to sleep. Relax and forget everything and go into a bored sleep.
