Try the Every Other Day Diet to lose weight faster

It is now a widely known fact that the body’s metabolism controls how quickly you burn calories. As you get older it tends to slow down. The other way in which it slows down is if you eat similar foods and similar quantity of calories. For most people this is the normal way of eating but it certainly won’t help them lose weight.
