peep through the shutters
It was dark outside and I can’t see a thing as I peep through the shutters. I was worried because I heard some weird noises. I need to get back to sleep. I have an important day tomorrow. I have to be prepared mentally and physically for my presentation. This is the presentation that could define my career and my future. Okay, I’ll tell it to you. It’s my Master’s degree that hangs in the balance. It’s a good thing that my bed is comfortable. It would help me rest and relax. I do hope that the noise would stop already.
