ACE H Kids Organization

Last week I had to go to one of my rental houses to do some electrical work on one of the outlets. Apparently one of the kids smashed a faceplate on one of the wall sockets. I’m absolutely terrified about getting sued so I fix things like this right away. As I was the fixing faceplate I noticed there were lots of pool toys in plastic totes next to the sliding glass door. I asked my tenants if everything was okay with the pool. They told everything was okay with the pool and that they had taken all the toys out to donate to a charity.
