I just found an interesting article about online tools and how frequently they are used. For a certain subset of people, online tools are a familiar standby. However, the author of the post mentions that he was surprised how few college students actually use online tools on a daily basis, even common ones like eBay. Perhaps it is just a generational thing. If you could consider Facebook an online tool, then I suppose young people would be using online tools a lot! However, I think that the author was talking about online services that have to do with work and business pursuits.
