I was recently just hired to be apart of the customer relationship management team at a very big business across town. This was something that I was not anticipating, but something that I take on with great pride and care. I love the idea of helping people work together for the good. When a business is running on all cylinders that usually means they are not only good at what they do, but who they do it with. A good team is going to be most effective when they can work together and work in perfect harmony without any turmoil.
